Fruits juice are fine but please don't concentrate too much on sugar-laden fruits in the process.

Go Fresh

Never consume bottled or canned juices. I can’t stress this more. Despite the ‘no preservatives’ claims, you know that these juices are in no way comparable to fresh juices.
