Report Progress and Seek Support: Hello! I am new to fasting. This is my first week fasting, and I have started by skipping breakfast and waiting until I am hungry. So far I haven't lost weight, but I have been feeling less bloated. My goal is to lose 70 lbs.

Editor's Notes: Hi Sharon, Anna here. 24-hour intermittent fasting twice a week has proved to work. You are feeling less bloated, right? That's just a beginning. Keep IFing, and the pounds will come off. To shed 70 pounds, I'm afraid you need to allow 6 months or. Keep doing it, and you'll see results.
